Thank you for shopping at American Vintage Vault. Here are some important notes about Shipping & Handling.

domestic / International Shipping - Shipment processing time

Orders are processed within 5-8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Should there be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you for instructions. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have left our warehouse. 

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before goods are shipped. We can provide estimated costs before finalizing your order. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email when your order has been shipped. This will contain your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

American Vintage Vault  is not responsible for Customs Duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

American Vintage Vault is not liable for items lost or damaged during shipping. Our carriers are USPS, FedEx and DHL. Each offers competitive rates to insure your order. 

 

Exchanges & Refund Policy

We do not receive returns or issue refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us.  We will do our best to accommodate you with a replacement or substitute.
